At Multi Photo Frames, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new frame doesn't perfectly capture your memories, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the order and specific frame you wish to return, then select your reason for the request.

• 2.
  Package with Care

  Place the frame in its original protective packaging and shipping box to ensure the glass and corners remain intact during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement frame within 5 business days.
